To insured persons who have not yet completed their initial registration on 'My Page'

 

We will send a second notification by postcard to insured individuals who have not yet registered for the first time on the Sony Health Insurance website's subscriber-only 'My Page' in early August of 2024. This notification will include the temporary login ID and temporary password required for the initial registration. We kindly ask you to complete the registration.

 

In 'My Page', you can not only view information such as 'Medical care cost information' and 'Health Consultation Desk', but also receive 'Qualification Information Notice' starting from September 2024. This notice will show qualification information such as Health Insurance Code and Number, including the last 4 digits of your My Number registered with Sony Health Insurance.
More Details about 'Qualification Information Notice' will be informed in September.
