The current Verification of Eligibility issued is valid until August 31, 2025. A new Verification of Eligibility will be issued to those who possess the current document as of July 31, 2025, and meet any of the following conditions:

 

- Those who do not have a My Number Card
- Those who have a My Number Card but have not registered for the Health Insurance Card usage
- Individuals requiring special consideration who find it difficult to use the Myna health Insurance Card (those who have applied to the health insurance)

 

For those eligible for issuance, the new Verification of Eligibility will be sent to you between August 12 and August 31, 2025. Please use the new Verification of Eligibility after September 1, 2025.
