For those who have not completed the registration for the "Myna Health Insurance Card" by the end of September 2025 and do not have the "Verification of Eligibility," we will send the "Verification of Eligibility" to the insured person's registered address in the resident registry in late November 2025 without any notification from you.

The traditional health insurance card will be completely abolished and will no longer be usable as of December 1, 2025. Therefore, please present the "Verification of Eligibility" at the reception when visiting a medical institution after December 2, 2025.
(The "Verification of Eligibility" will be issued on A4-sized paper and has an expiration date. The expiration date for this issuance is August 31, 2026.)

Even if you receive the "Verification of Eligibility," you can start using the "Myna Health Insurance Card" at any time. If you bring your My Number Card when you actually visit the hospital, the registration for using the My Number Card as a health insurance card can be completed simply by holding it up to the hospital's card reader, allowing you to receive treatment on the spot. For those who do not plan to visit a hospital, registration can also be done via "Mynaportal" or at a "Seven Bank ATM."
