How High-Cost Medical Care Benefits are calculated

*When presenting your health insurance card together with a Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount
- * After you pay the medical care institution in case A or B above, the Sony Health Insurance Society will provide additional benefits that reduce your copayment.
- * In principle, the reimbursement will be made about three months after the examination or treatment.
- * The reimbursement may be delayed if delivery of the invoice for the portion of medical care costs to be paid by the Health Insurance Society (rezept) from the medical care institution is delayed.
- * Those eligible to receive publicly funded medical assistance from their municipal governments are not eligible for automatic payment. See here for more information.
